ALABAMA'S ON-LINE TRAFFIC RESOLUTION SYSTEM (OTR)

Alabama’s On-Line Traffic Resolution System (OTR) allows you to select one of the options available to RESOLVE your traffic citation/ticket online (instead of physically appearing in court on the court date shown on your ticket) and REQUEST driving school.

NOTE: Do not pay the traffic ticket if planning to request defensive driving school.

ALABAMA TRAFFIC CALL CENTER GENERAL INFORMATION

The Traffic Service Center does offer a variety of options for defendants who have received a traffic citation from an Alabama Law Enforcement Officer.

ONLINE

ON-LINE TICKET RESOLUTION SYSTEM
This option allows the defendant receiving a traffic citation the option to RESOLVE the traffic case BEFORE the court date shown on the traffic citation.

ON-LINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SYSTEM
This option allows the defendant to pay his/her traffic citation’s court costs, fines, and fees before their court date.

AUTOMATED PHONE SERVICE

The Alabama Traffic Court’s Telephone Interactive Voice Response System is an automated telephone service that allows a defendant who has received a traffic citation to pay his/her court costs, fine, and fees before or after his/her court date.

AOC TRAFFIC CALL CENTER

The Traffic Call Center is available for telephone assistance for defendants who have received traffic citations within the State of Alabama and cannot find an answer to a question on this website. English and Spanish speaking representatives are available to assist.
